JOHOR BARU: A ship captain and the 37 crew members of a fishing vessel and a barge have to fork out some RM1.95mil in bail after being charged at a Sessions Court here with illegally transferring fish in Malaysian waters.
The court imposed RM50,000 bail on each of the 38 foreigners – made up of 25 Indonesians, seven Senaglese, four Spaniards and two Chileans – after they claimed trial to the charge.
