KUALA LUMPUR: A cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon has claimed trial at a magistrate's court to a charge of domestic violence.
Raja Amin Raja Mokhtar, 52, was charged on Tuesday under Section 323 of the Penal Code with voluntarily causing hurt to his wife.
