KOTA KINABALU: Malaysian security forces watching Sabah’s east coast will be better equipped soon. The Government is providing an additional RM23mil for the acquisition of urgently needed equipment such as boats.
Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Ali Hamsa said the funds were in addition to the RM660 allocation given to the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) under the 2015 budget.
