KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is "stable" and "strong in spirit" despite being admitted to hospital on Tuesday.  

Anwar will also undergo a series of scheduled tests at Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) and is in Ward 28 under heavy guard.
