Employers slam pay hike scheme


PETALING JAYA: Employers are fuming and work agencies are appealing against a proposal by Indonesia to raise the minimum pay of its domestic workers from RM800 to RM1,200.

The proposal was tabled during a meeting between the labour ministers of both countries in Putrajaya earlier this month.
