BEIJING: China respects the decision by Malaysian authorities to bar Hong Kong student activist Joshua Wong from entering the country, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying.
“I have seen the relevant news reports but I am not aware of the details. However, we respect Malaysia in executing its exit-entry management according to laws and regulations,” she said in response to a question posed by The Star in a daily briefing.
