KUANTAN: The target of a RM5,000 monthly household income for the bottom 40% of society by 2020 is unrealistic for the orang asli community, said the Orang Asli Development Department (JAKOA) director-general Datuk Hasnan Hassan.
He said the current average monthly income for an orang asli household was only RM1,300, making the target almost impossible to achieve.
