KUALA LUMPUR: The Election Commission (EC) and the Government have been ordered to file affidavits over the test case filed by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to be allowed to vote in any general elections.
Anwar, who is currently serving a five-year jail term for sodomy, was denied his right to vote in the recent Permatang Pauh by-election, claimed his co-counsel Latheefa Koya.
