Call for Philippines to help cut Sabah border crime


KOTA KINABALU: Malaysian security officials want their Philippine counterparts to play their part to curb transborder crimes along Sabah’s east coast, notably kidnappings.

Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Jalaluddin Abdul Rahman said enforcement on borders separating southern Philippines and Sabah’s east coast was needed to curb criminal activities.
