PETALING JAYA: Under the 11th Malaysia Plan, 60% of the 1.5 million jobs to be created will require technical and vocational education and training.
To achieve this, a better sharing of resources between public and private institutes is needed, said Juhaidi Yean Abdullah, the CEO of Kolej Auto Prima which is under the Human Resources Development Council Malaysia.
