PETALING JAYA: The Transport Ministry supported the proposal to audit KLIA2 when the matter was brought up in the Cabinet for approval, its minister said.
The nod, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said, was needed for the Auditor-General (A-G) to conduct the audit as the owner and manager of the airport, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB), was a public-listed company.
