KUALA LUMPUR: The Government has dismissed claims that 1MDB obtained “false” financial documents from the Singapore-based branch of the Swiss BSI Bank.
“Your statement suggesting that (1MDB) CEO Arul Kanda obtained financial statements that did not originate from BSI is not true,” the Finance Ministry said in a written reply to Datuk Mohd Ariff Sabri Abdul Aziz (DAP-Raub).
