State Secretary Datuk Ismail Karim (pic) said that the state authorities had met officials from Bank Negara last week and brought up the issue to the central bank.
"We have received complaints from first time buyers wanting to buy affordable homes who are qualified financially but their loans were rejected by banks," he said.
