KLANG: Traffic offenders were charged in the magistrate’s court here yesterday after they were picked up under Ops Warta.
S. Ganesan, 30, from Jalan Kapar here, pleaded guilty to 28 charges, the majority of them for riding a motorcycle without a valid licence, insurance and road tax.
