PUTRAJAYA: Young people who want to make a difference should volunteer in community-based projects instead of joining militant movements like the Islamic State (IS), says Youth and Sports minister Khairy Jamaluddin.
“We have programmes like Rakan Muda, as well as MyCorps where we send our youth to volunteer overseas in community-based projects on health or education.
