A MAN in Johor Baru, who had a report lodged against him for slapping and caning his 13-year-old son, wants the Welfare Department to help him look after the autistic boy, reported China Press.
Soo Li Yi, 49, admitted that he lost his temper when he slapped and caned his son Sheng Guan at a coffee shop in Skudai on May 12.
