SANDAKAN: A senior Malaysian security official is calling for a ban on high-powered outboard engines as a way to curb cross-border crimes along Sabah’s east coast.
Eastern Sabah Security Command intelligence deputy director Asst Comm Hashim Justin said the Government should consider banning the use of outboard engines exceeding 40 horsepower.
