KUALA TERENGGANU: A 15-year-old religious school student claims he was reportedly caned by a teacher several times until he bled for praying outside the school and skipping a class.
Setiu district police chief DSP Abd Rahman Raja Mohamed said the victim performed subuh prayers at a mosque located about 150m outside the school.
