KUALA LUMPUR: Two articles in Suara Keadilan, the monthly newspaper of PKR, have wrongly implied that the Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) is insolvent, the High Court heard.
Felda finance director Mohd Shahrin Mohd Ali said the body is seeking RM100mil in damages as the articles had seriously tarnished Felda’s image.
