JOHOR BARU: Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar wants the state government to enhance ties with Brunei through exchange programmes.
He said the exchange of government officers between Johor and Brunei would help boost relations between the two sides that had been forged over many years.
