JOHOR BARU: The cashier at a 24-hour restaurant in Taman Sri Yaacob here was delighted when a group of “customers” walked into the eatery, asking for cheap cigarettes.

The 40-year-old Indian national happily showed them several packs of illicit cigarettes.
