KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who is serving his five-year jail term in Sungai Buloh Prison, wants the Election Commission to allow him to vote in the Permatang Pauh by-election today and in any general election.
Anwar is applying to the High Court here for a declaration that he is eligible as a voter under the Federal Constitution.
