BUTTERWORTH: Cloudy weather has been predicted in the morning of polling day for the by-election for the Permatang Pauh Parliamentary seat, according to a spokesman of the Penang Meteorological Department.
He said the cloudy weather followed the rain forecasted in the offshore areas of the state. However, the weather was expected to be bright in the afternoon.
