KUALA KANGSAR: Two death row inmates had their sentences commuted to life imprisonment on the occasion of the installation of the Sultan of Perak today.
The Sultan also pardoned one of the 12 PAS members who were jailed for taking part in an illegal gathering to protest against the swearing-in of Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir as Perak mentri besar in 2009.
