KUALA LUMPUR: In a test case, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (pic), who is serving a five-year jail term in Sungai Buloh prison for sodomy, is seeking a court order to allow him to exercise his right to vote in the Permatang Pauh by-election on Thursday.
Anwar is also seeking a court order that he is qualified to vote in any general election under Article 119 of the Federal Constitution (Qualifications of electors).
