KUALA LUMPUR: With 48 hours to go before Britain’s general election and Labour and the Con­servatives tied neck and neck, the British High Commissioner here says her country’s interest in Malaysia and economic agenda will not change no matter what the outcome is.

Vicki Treadell (pic) assured that the broad principles governing Britain’s relations with Malaysia would remain even if the present Conservative-led government were to be replaced with a Labour-led administration.
