GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Future Foundation (PFF) with a RM20mil fund set up by the state government would help ease the burden of low to middle-income earners who are affected by rising prices, rising debts and stagnant wages.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said PFF would give scholarships up to a maximum of RM100,000 to Malaysians, particularly those from Penang, for the duration of their tertiary education.
