ALOR SETAR : The Kedah Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consu-merism Ministry (KPDNKK) has issued notices to 269 traders here for increasing prices of their goods, failing to display price tags and various other offences.
Its senior assistant director (enforcement) and head of the state’s Anti-Profiteering Unit Ariffin Muslim said that from Jan 15 till April 27, a total 51,570 businesses had been checked under ‘Ops Catut’.
