BUKIT MERTAJAM: MCA has refuted claims that it is offering money to voters in an attempt to buy their support in the Permatang Pauh by-election.
State MCA chairman Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun said rumours were being spread by irresponsible parties to smear Barisan Nasional’s image.
