KUCHING: The Association of Churches in Sarawak (ACS) has called on the Government to safeguard the constitutional rights of all Malaysians to profess and practise their religion freely anywhere in the country.
Its secretary-general Ambrose Linang said the association was concerned over last Sunday’s protest by a group of people demanding the removal of a cross at a church in Taman Medan, Petaling Jaya.
