KUALA LUMPUR: Restaurants can continue to impose service charge on customers even without a collective agreement (CA) with their employees, said Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong (pic) on Thursday.
The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department said Cabinet had only agreed that the fee could be imposed as long as eateries display a notice informing customers about the service charge.
