PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has dismissed Muslim convert father Mohamad Riduan Abdullah's bid to purge his being cited for contempt of court.
Chief Judge of Malaya Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin threw out the appeal Wednesday, citing Section 96 of the Court of Judicature Act 1964 which states that a case cannot be brought to the Federal Court if the Court of Appeal did not make an order or decision on it.
