PETALING JAYA: Bagan MP Lim Guan Eng’s absence during the vote on the Prevention of Anti-Terrorism Bill in Parliament continues to draw flak, including from Penang MCA liaison committee deputy chairman Tan Teik Cheng.
Tan said Lim, who is DAP secretary-general and Penang Chief Minister, should apologise to his voters and supporters for not fulfilling his responsibility as an elected representative, especially when important Bills were being debated.
