KUALA LUMPUR: The Health Ministry will ask the Home Ministry to include a numbness medication – ethyl chloride spray – in the list of substances which intoxicate to prevent its abuse by youths.
Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya said the Home Ministry was drafting a proposed Act on substances which intoxicate, which covers aspects such as control, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of inhalant abuse.
