PETALING JAYA: Employers should make mental health screening as a requirement before employing workers, Mental Health Promotion Advisory Council member Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said.
Referring to the recent case of a security guard who ran amok and killed a bank officer in Johor, he said the tragic incident could have been avoided if mental health screenings were carried out before hiring.
