GEORGE TOWN: The amended Sedition Act is flawed as no one will know if what they said is against the law until they are charged in court, according to a forum discussing the Sedition Act and human rights in Malaysia.
"With the amendments, what we have is a mutated Sedition Act which is flawed. It is quite unprecedented, unseen anywhere in the civilised world," said Malaysian Bar president Steven Thiru.
