KUALA LUMPUR: PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang says there was no need for an internal party discussion on the tabling of the Private Member's Bill on hudud as it was the prerogative of the Kelantan state government.
He said it was Kelantan's right to implement Syariah law if the state wanted, and to negotiate its implementation with the Federal Government.
