GEORGE TOWN: A man and his father were jointly charged in a magistrate's court here Friday for spitting at and slapping a police corporal.
Shaik Abdul Shukor Shaik Abdul Wahab, 31, and his father Shaik Abdul Wahab Shaik Ibrahim, 67, claimed trial to committing the offence on Kpl Mohamed Sharul Nizam to prevent him from carrying out his duties in Patani Road, around 9.50pm on Wednesday.
