GEORGE TOWN: The cotton swab sample taken from the vaginal area of a clerk who was allegedly stabbed by her boyfriend on Valentine’s Day two years ago, had traces of semen belonging to an unidentified man, a High Court here heard.
Chemist Asfarina Jamal Mohideen from the Penang Chemist Department, said she conducted the analysis on the cotton swab, which was labelled with the name of engineer Cheong Teik Keon, after it was passed to her by the police.
