KUALA LUMPUR: Cuepacs is asking for a 35% pay increase for the lower-income civil servants to meet the rising cost of living.
Its president Datuk Azih Muda (pic) said it was one of several requests that the congress had submitted to Public Service Department director-general Tan Sri Mohamad Zabidi Zainal in a memorandum recently.
