KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution in the terrorism trial of former Internal Security Act detainee Yazid Sufaat will use the testimony of protected witnesses and sensitive information to prove its case, the High Court heard.
In his opening statement, deputy public prosecutor Datuk Mohamad Hanafiah Zakaria said he intended to prove that Yazid was the patron and founder of terrorist group Tanzim al-Qaeda Malaysia.
