KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has upheld the decision to acquit PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu and Batu MP Tian Chua over their participation in the 2007 Bersih rally.
Former Padang Serai MP N. Gobalakrishnan, who was earlier found guilty of the charge, was acquitted by Justice Amelia Tee Hong Geok Abdullah on Friday.
