PETALING JAYA: Despite having nearly 10,000 complaints lodged against them last year, taxi drivers are grumbling that they have no one to turn to when they are cheated or abused by their customers.
Cabbie Karam Singh, 41, for instance, claimed that a group of foreigners he took to Genting Highlands from Kuala Lumpur ran away as he was dropping them off.
