KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has dismissed a bid by the secretary-general of Dong Zong (the United Chinese School Committees Association) to stop the upcoming Central Committee meeting.
In the hearing in chambers, Justice Vazeer Alam Mydin Meera dismissed the application by the Dong Zong faction led by its secretary-general Poh Chin Chuan and ordered both parties to pay costs.
