PUTRAJAYA: A former senior lawyer failed to overturn the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board’s order to strike him off the Rolls of Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya for misconduct.
This followed the Court of Appeal’s dismissal of his appeal with costs of RM20,000 yesterday.
