GEORGE TOWN: A sales executive of a mobile phone prepaid card distributor claimed trial at a magistrate’s court here to committing criminal breach of trust involving a total of RM284,695.
Muhammad Fauzie Ahmad, 31, from Bukit Mertajam, is alleged to have fraudulently misappropriated the funds in his capacity as a sales executive of Syarikat Cardex Distribution Sdn Bhd in Sungai Dua near here, by not returning the sum to the company after selling its prepaid cards.
