PUTRAJAYA Corporation (PPj) spent RM481,700 to buy 30 mobile kiosks for its 2013 Ramadan Festival but only reused four the next year. None of its staff knew how to re-assemble the structures.
This forced the corporation to spend another RM345,769 to rent 76 mobile kiosks for use in last year’s Ramadan festival, the report found.
