PUTRAJAYA: Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin (pic) has succeeded in his bid to amend his defence statement against the RM100mil defamation suit filed by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim against him.
Court of Appeal president Justice Md Raus Sharif, who chaired a five-man panel, made the unanimous decision to allow the amendment in the statement of defence upon hearing submissions by parties.
