KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court on Thursday acquitted and discharged a former executive of a Telekom Malaysia subsidiary without calling for his defence on eight counts of having falsified documents involving a total of RM228,700 between 2010 and 2012.
Judge Allaudeen Ismail handed down the decision in favour of Hamdy Mohd Nakhaie, 36, at the end of the prosecution case after hearing the testimonies of 14 witnesses and submissions.
