THE perception that Malaysia has a large income disparity among its citizens compared with other Asian countries is wrong, Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Razali Ibrahim said.
He said the measurement for income inequality, or the Gini Coefficient for Malaysia, had been on the downward trend since 2009.
